iCan Ability Specialists, Inc. is a rehabilitation practice focused on making independent living possible for people with disabilities in their chosen living environment. Our services are provided not only in our outpatient clinic, but also in the comfort of the individuals’ homes. We specialize in functional independence, Home Accessibility Consulting, Wheelchair seating, Positioning, Mobility Consulting, Aging–In-Place Consulting, Assistive Technology Consulting and Training.

We treat people with all levels of disability to preserve / improve Function, Independence and Safety. We use therapeutic techniques, adaptive techniques, adaptive devices, and customized creative treatment approaches. We are committed to serving the functional needs of people with disabilities, our senior citizens, their families and caregivers in our community.

We are a team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and other clinical rehabilitation specialists. Our focus is to facilitate a network of Clinicians, Builders, Funding sources, Vendors and Suppliers of Durable Medical Equipment, so our Patients achieve their functional goals.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Capital Blue Cross, Aetna, PrimeSource, Highmark, TRICARE and other major insurance providers

iCan Ability Specialists, Inc began as a community-based therapy practice in 2008 and now we have added an Outpatient location to meet the need for such a clinical setting in our area. We are located in Mechanicsburg, PA, at 5130 E Trindle Road and serve the surrounding counties.
